Before you book
Four things to do before a first visit
None of it takes long, and it keeps your visit on time.
- 10 min
Book the patch test
For a first tint or lamination, a short visit at least 48 hours ahead. It helps, but it can't predict every reaction.
Tell us about your skin
Mention allergies, eczema, sensitive skin near the brow and any reaction to hair dye, perm products or wax.
Know who should wait
If you have a cut, rash, infection or irritation at the brow, or if you have had recent eye or face surgery, please wait and ask your doctor first.
Come ready
A clean face, and no brow makeup if you can. Skip retinoids and exfoliating acids around the brows for a few days before wax or lamination.
If you react
What to do if something feels wrong
Reactions can happen. If you notice burning, swelling, redness, itching or blurred vision, tell us right away and call your doctor, or go to urgent care if it is severe. Your artist stops a service whenever you ask.
